I believe in progress, not perfection and that small changes lead to feeling better. I’m a mom of a teenager, I work 9-5, and I’m trying to balance it all, just like you.
I want to make people laugh, help them see that change is possible, and let them know it’s ok to start where they are.

We’ll start where you are and discover the small steps you can take to feel better. Your days will become a little easier and those days strung together lead to a healthier, happier life.
Through powerful questions, you will envision the health you want to enjoy. I will help guide you to the life you want to live. Topics include:
eating healthier
moving more
getting better sleep
managing stress and pain
basic diabetes education
nicotine cessation
developing a healthier relationship with food
Six, one hour calls; either over video or phone

My target audience is people who work traditional hours, who are doing their best to balance their home and work lives, and can use some direction, motivation, and someone to tell them it’s ok they’re not perfect.
I’m a natural story teller and use a light-hearted approach that’s relatable to offer easy to implement suggestions.

About Juliet
I’ve been a certified Health and Wellness Coach for 10 years and have been in the field of health promotion for over 20 years. People commonly tell me that the way I phrase things help them make changes in their health. I am incredibly fortunate. I have a wonderful family; I am married to the love of my life; our teenage daughter inspires me to be a better person; and I’m lucky enough to have a best friend and get to spend time with her frequently.
